Burson Audio Conductor 3X Reference
CMFRAbout this report
This is a report for professionals with a suite of tests for line output devices. Alternative version of the report for "dummies" in development.
A suite of tests for the line-out can be used for headphone or speaker output if in this mode it is possible to use the device as a source for connecting an external amplifier or if such a test suite can give more information about the implementation of the DAC in the device.
Line-out, differences from the output for headphones and speakers

Many thanks for great work.
I have one question regarding 2 Burson units, Conductor 3X Reference and Conductor 3X Performance. They have identical dac chip inside and identical list of filters. However, comparing the DAC filter graphs side by side, they gave confusing results. It's all mixed up. Is it really true that the AP Fast of 3X reference corresponds to MP Fast on the 3X performance? LP Fast on 3X Ref. measures like LP Slow on 3X Perf. and so on. Many thanks for the clarification.
Best regards, Bobby
