Комментарий к оглавлению отчетов Philips Acoustic Edge PSC706
От карт эпохи Windows 98 (не профессиональных) ожидаешь, что все они работают штатно в 48 кГц. А здесь основная 44.1 кГц. При пересчете в 48 кГц (штатный ресемплер в foobar2000) искажения сильно растут.
